The Kanye West Foundation

It was started out of a sense of moral and social responsibility to help children by utilizing my success and celebrity to help poor children.

The data is undeniable that America’s youth are failing academically. As a direct result, a lot of youth in poor communities drop out because they don’t have access to educational programs that address their unique interests. Children that graduate from high school are better prepared to become positive contributors to the world in which we all have to live.

There is no contribution too small. We all have something to give whether its money, resources, talents or time. Contributions can be made directly at the Kanye West Foundation website at www.kanyewestfoundation.org.

We are all busy and have lots of excuses for why we don’t find time to give back. I make time because either we are part of the problem or a part of the solution.

Now, by a show of hands how many more will go all out for our children if given the chance... I will!
